Size and fit
How do I find my shapewear size?
Measure your bust, waist and hips in inches and compare them with our size chart. Every style comes in XXS to 2XL (US 00–18). Between sizes? Choose the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
Bodysuit, shaping panties or shapewear shorts — what's the difference?
A shapewear bodysuit covers your torso and tummy for full support from bust to crotch. Tummy control panties focus on your tummy and waist. Shapewear shorts extend the support down your thighs — perfect for preventing chub rub under long dresses.
What's the difference between classic and invisible styles?
Classic styles have discreet elastic edges. Invisible styles have an ultra-thin laser-cut edge that leaves no line, even under the clingiest outfits.
Fabric and care
What's your shapewear made of?
Every style is 78% nylon, 22% spandex, knit seamlessly with no visible stitching. The fabric is ultra-thin, breathable and stretchy — it hugs your shape without squeezing.
How should I wash my shapewear?
Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. No dryer, no iron, no bleach. Lay flat to dry in the shade to keep the stretch and support working for longer.
Will it show under my clothes?
No — disappearing is the whole point. Pick an invisible style (laser-cut edges) for the most fitted dresses, and a classic style for everyday wear under blouses, jeans and flowy pants.
Comfort and wear
Can I wear shapewear all day?
Yes. Every style is designed for long, everyday wear. The ultra-thin seamless fabric shapes without squeezing, and our light-control styles stay comfortable for 8 to 10 hours.
How many hours a day is too many?
We recommend 6 to 8 hours a day for light-control styles and 4 to 6 hours for firm-control styles. Take your shapewear off at night to let your skin breathe.
When should I put it on before an event?
About 30 to 60 minutes before you head out. Too early and you risk red marks and discomfort later; too late and the fabric won't have time to settle smoothly.
How do I put it on?
Bodysuits: step in feet first and pull up to your bust. Panties and shorts: step in and ease them up gently. Don't pull a bodysuit over your head — it stretches out the neckline.
Pregnancy, postpartum and health
Can I wear shapewear after having a baby?
Yes — our Postpartum Shapewear Panties have an extra-high waist with gentle, non-compressive support that's C-section friendly and made for the first weeks after birth.
Can I wear shapewear while pregnant?
No, unless a style is made specifically for pregnancy. Elya shapewear isn't designed to be worn while pregnant, since compression on your belly can interfere with your baby's development. After birth, see our postpartum panties.
What if I have circulation issues?
If you have vein problems (varicose veins, blood clots, venous insufficiency), talk to your doctor before wearing any shapewear — especially firm-control styles. Light shapewear is usually fine, but get your doctor's okay first.
Can I wear shapewear during pelvic floor therapy?
Light-control styles, yes — just take them off for your therapy sessions. Avoid firm-control styles during pelvic floor recovery (usually 6–12 weeks after birth).
Will it work for my body type?

Shipping, tracking and returns
How fast does my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24–48 business hours. Delivery times and rates for your country are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email with your order number right after checkout, then a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check on our order tracking page.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping, email us right away with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it's lost.
Can I return something if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you can return it as long as the hygiene sticker is intact and the item hasn't been worn or washed. See our refund policy for the return window and steps.
Payment and security
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. We never store your card details — they're handled directly by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1), the highest security standard for online payments, used by major international banks.
