Monday to Friday, within 24 hours (our team is based in France, so French public holidays are days off). Messages sent over the weekend are answered first thing Monday.

Which size should I get?
Our size guide has measurements in inches, US size equivalents and body-type tips. Between two sizes? Go with the larger one for the most comfortable fit.
I'd like to return something

Can I change my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can update the size, color or shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within 4 hours).
Something's wrong with my item
Send us a photo of the issue with your order number and we'll set up an exchange or refund right away. Every piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Can't decide between two styles? Tell us what you're wearing it under or what you need it for — a wedding, a specific dress, everyday wear — and we'll recommend the piece that works best for your body and your plans.
